Christ is Born!
The Saviour – yes the Messiah, the Lord, has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David

It is still a mystery and to me, the most amazing thing of all the truths in the Bible concerning our God. That God in Christ could become a man; he could choose to put on flesh and bone and put aside his glory, power and authority. Who came into our world as a fragile baby, adopted into a poor, insignificant family, who came from a despised town...
This same Jesus, the carpenter's son, is the Saviour, Messiah, the Lord. The one who has changed the possibilities of our world forever. The one who has brought liberty, hope, joy, reconciliation, peace, joy, happiness, true love, victory, salvation and a million other things that we often forget.
This Christmas, let's take our eyes off the sentimental view of the baby in the manger and consider who this child is: The Lord, the King of Glory. Your redeemer and Saviour, your champion, the one who you live for, or should if you don't. He is the Lord (our Jehovah, our Great I Am), Jesus (the Man who is our Saviour) Christ (the Messiah, the Chosen One) who is all glorious.
Let's join with the angels and give him all the glory.
