Crestwood Break
All meetings are held in the Dingle Community Centre, Madeley Road from 1.30 - 3.00 pm on Thursdays (fortnightly). Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
Crestwood Break is led by Lynn and aims to provide both challenge and comfort to those who may at times need to take life more slowly, yet still feel "young at heart". It is an opportunity to experience the love of God, make new friends and have some fun.
This friendly group, aimed mainly at the "over 50s", meets fortnightly on Thursday afternoons from 1.30 - 3.00pm. Our varied activity programme includes games and quizzes, talks and demonstrations by visiting speakers, and craft activities, as well as tea and biscuits and plenty of time to chat. We also enjoy meals out together from time to time.
As well as activities, our meeting may include a short bible message, opportunity for prayer, and singing of some favourite hymns and songs, in a relaxed and informal setting.
